Banana and Peanut Butter Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c old-fashioned oats
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 scoop Shaklee's Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 T PB2
- 3 T mashed banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp granular stevia
- dash cinnamon
Preparation:
Combine everything in a bowl. Heat pan over medium. Coat with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan to make pancakes. Cook until lightly browned on each side.
