Garlic Olive Oil Spread

Jennifer Gray (@cleaneatingnow) says: This is wonderful on bread. This is not only easy to make, but it's chemical free, unlike most commercial spreads. You can also add whatever herbs you like to this recipe.

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ - 1 tsp. minced garlic

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until combined. Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate.
